After listening to the entire thing I have to agree. Almost painful to listen to. I even asked my 17 year old son who is into punk what he thought of it, and he was just, ahm, erm, uh, what's with his voice.

LOL - fair play to them though, although they are a shadow of the founding fathers they once were they do what they want and don't give a fuck what anyone thinks. Which is more than can be said for Satyricon! I find Darkthrone amusing these days even if I dont like their music.

I like the riffs, but the songs all end in fadeouts and are way too short. FOAD was better. Still not worst album of the year though.

im a little confused on the question, are u askin what in the most dissapointing album from an alredy acredited band "a good band", or just the worst album ever, ill give u both, most dissapointing is the newest cradle ov filth album; i know they were loosing there creative spark but now its drownded by the sea ov "good metal" that roadrunner forced upon them, another good band pushed and pulled by the recod co till there no good to the one who have been there from the begining.
mind you i know bands change but the way they change and what they change into is the key to succsess; or in cof's case the key to $$$
no the worst album ive EVER heard is crotchdusters, i hate that band; bunch ov fucking kidds with there parrents $ puting no thought into there music and calling it art, if you into that then fine man, you go, you do, have fun.
