It was not MY idea, folks, but I couldn't find the right screen capture. If you remember those cartoons, the two critters were sometimes introduced at the beginning of the episodes. If I'm not mistaken, the Road Runner was introduced as "fast food" in one of them, but I couldn't find the appropriate capture.
Anyway, I hope that a link to an episode that introduces him as "Tastyus Supersonicus" will do.

so i have the ability to eat large amount of junk food while remaining normal (aka not-obese)

Misan is right though, there are WAY to many fat people here in the States. It's embarrasing. Fortunately I'm a healthy person (had to qualify that), but most "regular" americans eat fast food 5 times a week, if not more.
Some people eat fast food for breakfast (or nothing at all), fast food for lunch and some shitty white-bread bleached flour pasta bullshit for dinner.

No, Junk food is not liked by me. Because it is not healthy food and bad for our health. It creates many diseases in our body.

Junk food and fast food are all the same. The calories are high, and if we dont excercise and pack up pounds, thats a fatal combination. Eat and work out twice as hard....

I haven't touched fast food in about 6 months, and i no longer drink soda. I eat regular meals (choice of meat and veggies) and i drink water.
But i will NEVER give up alcohol. Ever. |

so i have to ask what is the diffrence between junk and fast food?... for me fast food is some salad or fruits and i have not seen fresh salads or fruits in mc donalds (yeah they have some salads)

Its all bad for you. Junk food is dense calorie packed food and fast food is pretty much the same thing, but you get it faster.
AND ITS FUCKING DELICIOUS, thats why im angry all the time cuz i cant eat it.  |

Lemme tell you how I turn junk fast food into healthier fast food.
I pick lunch from the same fast food outlet almost every day. Here's how I order my menus, which normally include fries, cabbage salad, pickled cucumbers, ketchup and mayo:
- first, i skip all the sauces
- shawarma - the meat with fries, cabbage salad, pickled cucumber and hot peppers; the marinade they use for the meat is awesome
- grilled chicken breast or grilled pork with fries and a different salad than the usual cabbage and pickles
- the salads:
* fresh cucumber with dill and dressing
* tomato salad with onions and fresh cucumbers and bell peppers
* the so-called spring salad, which contains iceberg lettuce, red cabbage, carrots, fresh cucumbers and sometimes sesame seeds
The weather being very hot at this time of the year, I won't eat soups and saucy dishes. I enjoy those when the weather is colder.
