(User Info | Send a Message) http://www.rachekrieg.de | | Because of sound and optic I voted ESP, second would be Jackson. Ibanez and BC Rich do also have some very good guitars in their programme. Don't like Gibson very much and Fender isn't the best brand for extreme Metal. |

Until February of this year I have been playing two different NJ Series BC Rich Warlocks and liked them a lot, I just never got the tone I wanted. I tried amps cords, effects/EQ's everything I could think of. The Jackson totally delivered. Now I play through a Madison Divinity II head and a Madison cab with Celestion Vintage 30's, it's the tone I've dreamed about for years. I was also stoked to fine that I found the Jackson to be a much faster playing guitar, it is so much more comfortable for long periods, probably because it's considerably lighter than a Warlock. My only dislike at this point is the lack of the 23rd and 24th frets. |

(User Info | Send a Message) | | Gibson has a gerat quality and so ESP has too, but the good metal shapes are owned by BCRich which quality is poorest than 10 years ago, also Jackson has good models but are overated like Dean and Washburn guitars with the "Z", "ML", "V" models and Dime signatures, the best of all brands is Warwick!!!! awesome wood in great shapes! |

(User Info | Send a Message) | | I like ESP. I own about 5 of them now and they are all awesome! Washburn is my second favorite thought with Jackson coming in at third. I don't buy anymore expensive guitars though because everytime I do some crazy "accident" happens. I bought a $2,000 Gibson LP, stolen after gig. I bought a Jackson RR3, the case just decided to fly open and send the guitar falling to the ground. Pisses me off. But yeah, ESP should definetly win, B.C. Rich only has cool body shapes and headstocks, quality is horrible. |
