The cover art, imo, can be tricky; it's just like "judge the book from the cover". There're a lot of awfull bands with great cover art, so I wouldn't take the chance. |

(User Info | Send a Message) | | Few years ago when I didn't have my own computer at home, almost all of my cds were chosen by their covers, and even today I sometimes do that if I find a band which has great logo or very good album cover. I've must been lucky, or I have very wide taste because I haven't bought any poor albums that I woldn't like at all. |

(User Info | Send a Message) | | cover art, tho nowadays i would listen to youtube or myspace first and read a review maybe on metal-archives. i found alot of great bands from their artwork or being on a label i buy cds from like razorback, severed records, amputated vein, moribund cult and seasons of mist to name a few. ive never been dissapointed by buying a cd based on cover art alone in the past tho. |
